Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 20 hours before the pick-up time and is subject to availability (please check the reschedule policy).
A cancellation fee applies for no-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours of pick-up time.
Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 12 hours before the pick-up time

Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 12 hours before the pick-up time.
The refund amount is 100% of the rental cost, excluding any applicable bank fees.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Reschedule Policy

To reschedule your booking, please contact us on WhatsApp at +62 811 3866 077.
Rescheduling must be requested no later than 20 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if the new location differs from the original booking, an additional fee may apply, payable directly to the driver.

Meet Our Driver

Once payment is confirmed, your voucher will be sent to you via email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there.
VIP Arrival Airport Pickup: The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, wearing a black uniform with an orange collar and holding a signboard displaying the Bali Res Centre logo and your name. Please look out for the driver to ensure a smooth and seamless pickup.
Present the voucher to the driver upon meeting.
