Our VIP Arrival & Departure Concierge service is designed to simplify your arrival or departure, ensuring a seamless and stress-free airport experience. Whether you’re landing in Bali or preparing to leave, our professional representative will be there to assist you every step of the way.

• Upon arrival, our representative will greet you after you exit the jet bridge, holding a sign with your name.
• If you have an electronic passport, they will guide you to the auto gate. For non-electronic passports, the representative will escort you to the immigration line to complete your clearance.
• After clearing immigration, our representative will assist you in the baggage claim area, and help you with the e-CD (electronic Customs Declaration) process.
• Once your luggage is collected, you will be guided to customs to submit your e-CD, undergo a luggage x-ray, and scan your e-CD QR code.
• When exiting, you will be welcomed with a flower garland, a refreshing cold towel, and bottled mineral water, as our representative escorts you to your driver for your hotel transfer.

• Our representative will greet you at the departure drop zone.
• They will assist with your luggage and escort you to the priority check-in line.
• You will be directed to the immigration counter for processing.
• Once you’ve completed immigration, the representative will accompany you to the boarding gate.
