Payment Policy

• Pre-payment is required to secure a booking.
• All pricing is in IDR and includes government tax and service charges.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer into our nominated bank account.
• We accept credit card payments via VISA and MASTERCARD.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
