Your eyes and ears on the island of Bali

1.     PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Pre-payment is required to secure a booking
  • All pricing is in USD or IDR
  • All pricing includes government tax and service charges
  • Payments may be made via International bank transfer into our nominated bank account
  • An international transaction fee of USD25 applies to each transaction
  • Credit card payments accepted via VISA and MASTERCARD, fees apply
  • Exchange rate determined by Bali Res Centre Accounting
  • 50% Deposit required within 7 days to secure all bookings, unless otherwise specified on booking invoice
  • Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If for any reason we have not received payment by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges
  • If full payment is not received on due date, Bali Res Centre reserves the right to release booking automatically without further notice
  • For bookings inside 30 days full payment is required immediately

 

2.     AMENDMENT POLICY:

2.1.  ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

  • Inside 30 days are subject to availability and will incur a 50% amendment fee

2.2.  TRANSPORT, TOUR & AIRPORT SERVICE BOOKINGS

  • Amendments permitted latest 12 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability
  • Amendments made after airport representative standby will be 100% non‐refundable

 

3.     CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:

3.1.  ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations or No Show is 100% non-refundable

 

3.2.  TRANSPORT, TOUR & AIRPORT SERVICE BOOKINGS

  • Cancellation received at least 24 hours prior to arrival is refundable less applicable bank fee and charges
  • Flight Changes without notification or NO SHOW will be 100% non‐refundable
  • Policy and procedural changes with the airport authority, CIQ (Custom, Immigration, Quarantine) which may   affect the VIP Arrival or Departure service are outside of our control

 

4.     REFUND POLICY

4.1.  TRANSPORT, TOUR & AIRPORT SERVICE BOOKINGS

  • In the event that Bali Res Centre are unable to provide the confirmed services a full refund less applicable bank fee and RP 5,000 administration fee will be provided

 

4.2.  ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations or No Show is 100% non-refundable
    • Amendments inside 30 days are subject to availability and will incur a 50% amendment fee

5.     MISCELLANEOUS

  • Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Rates are excluding Visa On Arrival (VOA) and Departure Airport Taxes. VOA Payment and Departure Airport Taxes will be collected directly from passengers at the airport
  • Maximum use of Lounge is 3 (Three) hours and usage over that period of time will be charged at 75% from the invitation value
  • Please check your individual invoice statement carefully and advise us if any discrepancies
  • Individual invoice terms and conditions supersede the above terms and conditions
  • Bali Res Centre shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the services
  • Arrival and departure transfers are limited to one pick-up location
  • Any request for additional pick-up / drop off points must be informed in advance at time of booking, otherwise the driver has the right to turn down the last minute request which may disrupt the driver’s schedule
  • If a customer cannot locate the driver they must contact Bali Res Centre as per the contact details on their service voucher. Failure to do so will result in client being charged as a ‘No Show’ and no refunds will be issued
  • Child seats must be pre-booked at additional charge
  • Bali Res Centre does not accept liability for any personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party, during the booking period or thereafter.
